Whenever a child is baptized, the gathered congregation promises their love, support and care to that child. First Congregational United Church of Christ offers the same care to all children, because the way we see it, every child is a child of God.

Children participate in worship with their families. A nursery is provided for infants and preschoolers, but they too are welcome in worship. Sunday School is after worship during the school year, and every August the church offers Peace Camp, an evening program for all ages.

Our congregation encourages children to spend a week or more at Pilgrim Point Camp, our Minnesota Conference United Church of Christ camp near Alexandria.

Older youth meet for Youth Group on Wednesday evenings at 6:30, and there is a confirmation class for 8th and 9th graders.
